Refund policy
Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damages, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund within 10 business days through your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
